PICKTRAK
GENERATE PAY
ADVICES, BLOCK REPORTS AND FORECASTS
The
PickTrak grower software enables growers to generate pickers pay
advices and block production reports and also to forecast crops and
transfer forecast/packed information between growers and packing sheds.
FEATURES LIST
PickTrak
is a useful tool for growers. The 3 main features are the Picker Pay
Control, Production Reporting and Crop Forecasting.
Pay Control /
Block Production:
At
the start of the season, orchard information is entered into the system
- varieties, blocks, pickers, pick types, bin grades, bin prices.
Each
day pick information is entered (i.e. Joe Bloggs picked 2 std bins of
Braeburn from the home block). From this information Picker Pay Reports
and Block Production data become available.
Grower debit and credit is available and appears on the Picker Pay
Report.
Other reporting options include daily, seasonal, wages per block.
Crop Forecast:
Crop
Forecast is used to estimate yield per block and size. Information
entered can be transferred electronically to packers using CropPak
Software, and likewise, packed data can be imported from CropPak
software into the grower PickTrak system.
Using this feature
forecast / actual figures can be easily analyzed. Estimates can be
adjusted accordingly as the season progresses.
